Our 1 on 1 Meeting system is designed for use during our events. Once the event agenda is published, you will be able to set your availability for 1 on 1 meetings. If you will be unavailable during a block of time, simply change your availability status during those hours and meetings will not be scheduled for you during those times.
If your availability changes, make the proper adjustments. Any meetings that were scheduled during those times will be rescheduled by our system.
User A and User B have been scheduled for a meeting at 10:30am. User B is no longer available and changes their status during that time to 'unavailable'. Our system will find a mutual available time to reschedule and notify each user of the change. If there is not a mutual available time, the system will message User A and User B of the conflict and ask for each to expand availability or contact each other to make alternative plans.
