BPS 2020 Postponed

Dear Reader,

As organizers of the Boulder Peptide Symposium, we have been monitoring the restrictions in place due to the COVID-19 outbreak. At this time there are still limits in place for large gatherings in Colorado. It is very likely some restrictions will still be in place by September of this year, including restrictions on travel and lodging. Many companies have restrictions on elective travel throughout the remainder of this year. In addition the health and safety of our community is our utmost concern. Given these factors we have decided to postpone the symposium to 2021.

The new dates are SEPTEMBER 20-23, 2021. The BPS website at shall be updated with this information in the next few days.

  • If you are a speaker, your talk will automatically be rescheduled for 2021. If you are not able to participate, please contact your session chair or email to let us know. In the next few weeks we will be reaching out to all the speakers to confirm their intent for 2021. All speakers are encouraged to submit an updated abstract in early 2021.
  • If you have registered for BPS 2020, your registration will be updated to 2021. If you need to cancel, you are eligible for a full refund before December 31, 2020. Please email to request a cancellation and refund.
  • If you booked a room at the St Julien, the room reservations will be cancelled as our contracted rate is no longer in effect You will receive an email within a few days from the hotel reservation desk and you will receive a refund for any charges you may have paid. In case you need to reach the hotel, please call (720) 406-9696.
Finally, we continue our efforts to adapt to the new normal of living with COVID-19. Our foremost concern is the safety of our staff and attendees. We will be rolling out announcements for a series of virtual presentations as part of a series of new online seminars. We will send out an announcement in late July when the logistics of the program are confirmed. Regarding the 2021 meeting we will be making additional announcements as we incorporate new hygiene standards and practices towards the planning and execution of the symposium for next year and beyond.

Stay safe and be well.

We will be in touch.

Best Regards,
