How Do I Access Meeting Requests?
To get started after log in go to My Account--> My Profile. Here you can access messages and meeting requests through separate links.
how do i find and contact others at the Peptide Showcse East?
Navigate to My Account -> Search. Click on Browse to see a list of everyone registered for the conference. Users who have already logged in to partnering and created a profile will have an extra button for Company Profile. It is recommended to contact these active users first.
How do I send a meeting request?
To find other registrants use the search function from My Account--> Search. Try putting the persons name in search or just hit Browse to see all registered users for the meeting. In search results you can click on Meetings and messages action buttons. Right now meetings and messages are separate events, and it is recommended to send a message at the same time as you send a meeting request. We are working on creating meeting requests so that a message can be included in the request.
How Do I Enable My Profile to get meeting requests?
If you are registered for a Boulder Peptide event your profile is already visible to other users. However in order to stand out you should complete your PERSONAL profile and your COMPANY profile.
To edit your personal profile go to My Account->My Profile. Edit the fields and set view permissions depending on whether you want certain details visible to everyone or just fellow registered users.
To edit your company profile go to My Account->My Profile -> Company Profile. Upload your company logo and edit the about Company field.
Where are my meeting requests?
The meeting requests link is accessible from My Account->My Profile->Meeting Requests/Schedule. The meeting requests page shows incoming/outgoing requests and the schedule of any accepted requests.
Can i cancel or change an existing meeting?
Right now if you need a schedule change or cancellation you have to request it through admin@boulderpeptide.Org. The ability for users to reschedule/cancel is currently in development.
As you scroll through the results you can message and request meetings with each individual. I suggest to send a message and a meeting request separately. All your outbound requests will show up in your meetings and schedule menu. Only if the recipient accepts the request will a slot be assigned.
