Pharma: Companies developing novel therapeutics and technology in pharmaceutical sciences and with >100 employees. Excludes contract manufacturers, fee-for-service companies and vendors.
Startup: Companies developing therapeutics with less than 100 employees. Excludes contract manufacturers, fee-for-service companies and vendors.
Vendor: Providers of services and products. Includes peptide manufacturers, equipment vendors, consultants, contract research and development organizations.
Academic/Non-Profit: Individuals from government, non-profit organizations, and faculty at academic institutions.
Student: Undergraduates, graduate students and post-doctoral fellows.
We offer a 15% discount on groups of two or more delegates from the same organization. To use the discount the first individual should register using one of the options above. The discount code will be sent in the registration confirmation email and can be used by your colleagues to process their registrations. Group discount may not be used with Vendor registrations.
Discount codes are not applicable for the Vendor level registration. Please contact us for a sponsorship package to discuss exhibitor and branding opportunities. Multiple staff passes offer significant savings over the standard vendor registration rate.
Refunds, substitutions and change cannot be processed online. Please use the Contact Us link on the website to request these changes. Registrations canceled before July 26 will be fully refunded except for a $25 processing fee. Refunds processed between July 26 and August 26 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given after August 26. Substitutions can be made at any time by contacting us.
For immediate, online, registration we accept Paypal, major credit cards. You may also pay by check on checkout. In this case the registration will be on hold until payment is received.
