Registration Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans change. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering for the Boulder Peptide Symposium.

Refund Schedule

More than 60 days before the event:

Full refund minus a $50 administrative processing fee

31-60 days before the event:

50% refund of registration fee

15-30 days before the event:

25% refund of registration fee

Less than 15 days before the event:

No refund available

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund:

Email your cancellation request to support@boulderpeptide.org
Include your full name, registration confirmation number, and reason for cancellation
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

No-shows (failure to attend without prior cancellation)
Partial attendance at the symposium
Travel-related issues (flight cancellations, weather, etc.)
Personal emergencies occurring within 15 days of the event

Transferable Registrations

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person up to 7 days before the event at no additional charge. Please notify us in writing with the new attendee’s complete information.

Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the rare event that Boulder Peptide Symposium cancels or significantly modifies the event:

Attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to:

Postpone the event to a later date (registration transfers automatically)
Convert to a virtual format (no refunds, but reduced fees may apply)
Cancel the event with full refunds of registration fees only
